I refer to the abovementioned development currently in the Decision Notice stage with Council.

On behalf of the applicant, Richard Ford, and in accordance with Section 32 of the Development Assessment
Rules, we hereby give notice to Council to stop the current period. It is requested that the decision period be
stopped for 10 business days, or, until otherwise withdrawn.

The stopped period will expire on 03 February 2023 and the balance of the Decision Part period to recommence
06 February 2023 (unless withdrawn early).
