Please accept this correspondence as a Minor Change request against existing Material Change of Use – 4 Units –
Approval No. 00767TC for the above mentioned address. Included with this application are the proposed plans. As
per our initial discussions with Council, we request that the GIA fee of $647.00 be applicaed to the application in
lieu of the Minor Change fee of $2273.00, due to the change only being for the addition of a Class 10a pool.
Please issue a notice to pay for payment of the application.

It is proposed that the in ground swimming pool be constructed in the private open space area of Unit 1 (Lot 0,
BUP104349). The pool is wholly located within Unit 1 exclusive private use area and would otherwise comply with
all requitements of Noosa Shire Plan.
