3.6 Access and Services
The subject site gains access to Henderson Street to the east via an established driveway crossover. Henderson Street is constructed
to a sealed bitumen formation featuring kerb and channel and a pedestrian footpath, and is well linked with the surrounding road
network, providing ease of access to the amenities and services offered by Sunshine Beach and convenient access to David Low Way
and Sunshine Coast Motorway.
In consideration of the site’s urban zoning designation, the Multiple Dwelling units are serviced by:
• Reticulated water supply infrastructure.
• Reticulated sewerage infrastructure. It is noted that sewer infrastructure is located just outside the northern boundary of
the site.
• Reticulated electricity and telecommunications.
• Stormwater drainage infrastructure.
Furthermore, it is noted that pedestrian access stairs are located along the site’s northern boundary, where the sewerage
infrastructure exists.
