For Lodgement of Development Application for Material Change of Use (Code)
at Shop 1, 10 Thomas St, Noosaville 4566 (Noosaville Plaza)

The Body Corporate for Noosaville Plaza is requested to consent to a Development
Application being lodged with Noosa Council for a Material Change of Use (Code
Assessment) at Shop 1, 10 Thomas St, Noosaville; for the new use of ‘Food and Drink
Outlet’. The existing use of ‘Shop’ would be retained.

Summary of Proposed Development:

Subject Site:
-Shop 1, 10 Thomas St, Noosaville; Lot 1 SP100808 (44.58sqm); plus exclusive outdoor
dining use area being 24sq.m (Area A).
Existing Use:
- ‘Shop’ (existing Use to be retained)

Proposed Use
‘Food and Drink Outlet’ (in conjunction with the existing ‘Shop’ Use to be retained)

The Proposed Development is assessable development requiring Code Assessment within
the Tourist Accommodation Zone for the Material Change of Use. An application will be
required to be lodged with Noosa Council for Material Change of Use - Code Assessment for

‘Eood and Drink Outlet’ and Shop (existing).

Council may require some additional soft landscaping in proximity to the front boundary and
any outdoor dining area, and may wish to confirm the waste bin storage area is adequate.

The Body Corporate for Noosaville Plaza hereby consents to a Development
Application being lodged with Noosa Council for a Material Change of Use (Code
Assessment) at Shop 1, 10 Thomas St, Noosaville; for the use of ‘Food and Drink
Outlet’ and Shop (existing).
