In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU21/0104), on behalf of R & M Salmon we
hereby notify Council that the applicant is suspending the Decision period in accordance with s.32 of the
Development Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that the applicant wishes to stop the current period for 90 business days. Additional
information will be supplied to Council for assessment.
