The State Development Assessment Provisions (SDAP) provide assessment benchmarks for the
assessment of development applications where the chief executive is the assessment manager
or a referral agency.

Relevant matters of state codes are addressed in the attached Traffic Engineering Report and
Arborist Report/Vegetation Management Plan.

6.5   SCHEDULE 11 OF THE REGULATION

Schedule 11 of the regulation provides Assessment benchmarks for development on premises in
Koala priority areas not interfering with koala habitat or development in identified Koala broad-
hectare areas.

Schedule 11 of the regulation is not applicable to the proposed development as the site is not
located within a Koala priority area or a Koala broad-hectare area.
