That the operation of the Standing Orders or any relevant provision thereof be suspended to allow
Council to consider live-streaming and recording of this Meeting.
                                                                                        Carried.

That Council agree to live-stream and record the Special Meeting dated 14 February 2019.
                                                                                      Carried.
