In relation to the abovementioned development application (MCU18/0102), on behalf of Bounce Hostel
Noosa Pty Ltd ATF The Bounce Hostel Unit Trust we hereby notify Council that we intend to start public
notification in accordance with s.17 of the Develooment Assessment Rules 2017.

Council is advised that:

e = Anotice will be published in the Noosa Today on 28 April 2023,

e Anotice will be placed on the premises in the way prescribed under the Development Assessment
Rules on 27 April 2023 and

e The owners of the adjoining premises will be notified of the application on 27 April 2023.
