GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 24 OCTOBER 2022
A site inspection of the subject site determined that the proposed rooftop terrace in its current form
has the capacity to cause issues of overlooking to neighbouring properties, as the current dwelling
house already overlooks into the private open space of neighbouring properties (see Figures 15
and 16 below).
In order to comply with Performance Outcome PO16, a condition is to be included requiring
amended plans be submitted before the issuing of any further approvals that reduce the extent of
the rooftop terrace towards the rear of the site by a further 3 metres from the edge of the upper
level and maintain the proposed side walls/screens to ensure no issues of overlooking are created
to neighbouring properties.
