(Industrial Business Type 3 Extractive) and associated Environmentally Relevant Activities (ERAs)16(2)(c)

and 16(3)(b) on land situated at 300 Kennedys Road and 271 Lake Macdonald Drive, Lake Macdonald OLD
4563 described as Lot 2 on SP108094 and Lot 3 on SP108094 (Application Reference: MCU12/0216).


In accordance with Section 275 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 ("SPA") we confirm that the referral
agencies for the development application have been forwarded a copy of the items mentioned in Section
272(1) of the SPA today.

A copy of the referral letters sent to the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection (EHP),
Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) and Energex Limited have been enclosed for your
reference.
