Our corporate planning framework links together the various components of our corporate planning
process to illustrate how our teams and individuals contribute to the success of our organisation.
Each year Council will focus on its Operational Plan and Budget to ensure that; the key focus areas
identified in the Corporate Plan are prioritised during Council's annual budget process; resources are
identified to bring the key focus areas to fruition; and performance measures are identified to monitor
progress. Progress in implementing this plan will be reported to A
