                            PROPOSED ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO RETAIL SHOP
                               LOCATED AT 15 NOOSA DRIVE NOOSA HEADS 4567.
                                  PACIFIC BCQ’S REFERENCE NO.: 20150100.

Following perusal of Architectural Drawings WD01(A) to WD07(A), Project No. 1109 dated 24 February 2015 by Soul
Space Building Design detailing the intended Alterations and Additions to the adovementioned retail premises, I wish to
confirm that the proposed 90/90/90 fire rated northern and eastern external walls comply with the Deemed to Satisfy
(DtS) provisions of Part C1, Fire Resistance And Stability and Specification C1.1 Fire-Resisting Construction of the
Building Code of Australia 2014 for Type C construction as is appropriate for the exposure to fire source features together
with the size, characteristics and classification of the building.

Please note, this advice is subject to maintenance of integrity of the design, the necessary standards or workmanship and
requisite inspection of critical elements during the course of construction.
