          adequate treatment of stormwater to ensure water quality objectives are met in accordance with current
           best practice;
          recognition and minimisation of risk to people and property as a result of natural hazards such as
           bushfire, landslip and flooding.

In light of the above, we now recommend the proposal to Council for approval, subject to reasonable and
relevant conditions.
