The information requested is set out below:
Issue – Stormwater Alignment
At the crossing point of the proposed stormwater alignment with the existing sewer alignment, it is not clear whether there will be a conflict between the services and/or the required vertical clearances.
Information Required
Please provide clarification that the proposed stormwater line does not conflict with the existing sewer line or its vertical clearance as required by Unitywater. Alternatively, if a conflict does exist, please provide written endorsement from Unitywater for the proposed works.
Issue – Stormwater Connection
The existing stormwater line to be connected into from the proposed line, is identified as a private asset.
Information Required
Please provide written permission from the adjoining property owner for the connection into the private stormwater asset.
