Nadine Gorton at Martoo Consulting has advised us to contact you with a request for the Noosa Dunes Body Corporate approval for the Proposed Monahan Residence at Lot 27 Noosa Dunes, for our clients Kim and Bob Monahan.

The architectural set is attached, issued 'MCU'.

We have also engaged landscape design and engineering consultants and commenced the preparation of the Landscape Design and Stormwater Management Plan and these will be supplied upon receipt.

I will be on leave from this afternoon through until the 29th August so in my absence if you require anything further please contact Scott Falconer m. 0422 483 159.
