                     residential     with office or    health   services
                     in buildings of a domestic scale.
            viii.    in the Local Centre Zone provides for well-
                     designed entertainment and dining activities
                     which may operate after hours and include
                     controlled live acoustic and amplified music and
                     entertainment which creates a vibrant
                     atmosphere.
              ix.    maintains the operational efficiency of the
                     Sunshine Coast Airport and enhances the safely
                     of aircraft operating within the airports
                     operational airspace.
