It is unclear if the proposal has calculated Site Cover and Plot ratio based on the total site
area.
Information Required
1.    Provide an updated Site cover and Plot ratio assessment for the entire approved Dual
      occupancy site (i.e. Lot 1 and Lot 2 on SP269260), demonstrating compliance with the
      maximum 40% site cover and maximum 0.4:1 plot ratio, supported by updated plans
      and calculations.

Item – Overlooking and views
The development site includes a side boundary to its northern boundary, a rear boundary to
its western side and a side boundary to its southern boundary.
