20 Peregian Esplanade, Peregian Beach AMENDMENTS TO DECISION PACKAGE 7.1 Changes to Approved Drawings The amendments sought to the approved development necessitate changes to the existing approved drawings and documents. The Architectural Proposal Plans prepared by Shaun Lockyer Architects submitted as part of this change application will supersede with existing approved plans. A detailed list of the changes to the approved drawings is provided in Table 1 below.
