	My name is Duncan Hogg and I reside at 355 Ringtail Creek Rd, Ringtail Creek, Qld 4565.

	I am the owner with my wife, Gina Carruthers (also of 355 Ringtail Creek Rd), of a luxury Bed & Breakfast at the above mentioned address on Ringtail Creek Rd.

	I make the following comments in reference to  MCU12/0216.
	
	
	I object to the number of truck movements on the grounds that it changes the amenity of the area along the route that the largest percentage of our guests use to arrive at our facility, and may also potentially decrease the safety of the road as an access.
