4.8.        LOCAL GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE PLAN
Part 15 Local Government Infrastructure Plan (‘LGIP’) of the Planning Scheme integrates and coordinates
land use planning and infrastructure planning and ensures that trunk infrastructure is planned and provided
in an efficient and orderly manner.
In the current LGIP Schedule of Works there is only a single item, identified as PW16 on the mapping for
pathway/footpath around the around the eastern perimeter:

•    PW-16 Hoffman Drive, Noosaville Connection of missing Link 2021-2026 $40,531.

If the development is approved, this will be addressed in any subsequent conditions package, and when
constructed an offset will be applied as trunk infrastructure.
