Urbis Pty Ltd has been commissioned by Noosa Spotlight Property 2 Pty Ltd (“the Applicant”) to prepare this
town planning assessment report to support a Development Application for a Material Change of Use in
relation to a proposed Noosa Marketplace development.
The site is located at 2-18 & 20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville and is identified within the Shire Business Centre
Zone within the Noosa Plan 2006 as a key area for business use and increased employment growth for the
