 Payment of the Charge must be made payable to SUNSHINE COAST REGIONAL COUNCIL via the Infrastructure Charges
 Officer, Locked Bag 72, Sunshine Coast Mail Centre, Qld 4562, telephone (07) 5441 8679.

 NOTE:
  • The Charge Amount is subject to changes in the Price Index until time of payment;
      •   Please contact Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Infrastructure Policy Branch, prior to making payment;
      •   Compound interest at 11% calculated daily will be applied on all overdue charges.

 The Infrastructure Charge has been calculated in accordance with the details relevant to the nominated Infrastructure Charges
 Schedule above and is subject to variations in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), All Groups Brisbane from September 2010
 until the time of payment.


 PAYMENT DUE BY:
 The Infrastructure Charge is issued in accordance with Chapter 8 and 9 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009
 The applicable development permit triggering the charge refers to: Material Change of Use
 Payment is due by: Prior to the Commencement of Use



  Notice is hereby given that the abovementioned infrastructure charges are levied by Unitywater in compliance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009,
  Chapters 8 and 9 on land described for the period prescribed, and such charges are DUE AND PAYABLE BY THE TIME STIPULATED IN THIS NOTICE.
  These charges plus any arrears and interest thereon may be recovered by legal process without further notice if unpaid after the time stipulated in this notice.
