Please take this letter as Body Corporate approval which was granted at the recent EGM held on the 16 th
March 2022 in which Motion 2 was resolved as carried.

The Motion read: "That the Body Corporate approve the attached proposed draft plans and scope of
works in relation to the renovations as discussed at the AGM".

This is also to confirm that proposed plans and a scope of works were distributed to all members prior to
the EGM for review.

You are now able to continue to obtain Council approval with the use of either this letter of approval or
via the meeting minutes. You are also welcome to provide Council with my contact details should they
have any questions in relation to the approval.
