RE:      Response to Information Request MCU22/0149 – 1/11b Venture Dr,
         Noosaville


Council issued an information request on 28 September 2022. The applicant provides the
following additional information in response to the items:

1.    Provide amended plans that:
 1.1. Detail the boundaries of the site for each level.
 1.2. Demonstrate the proposed carparking layout in relation to the proposed
      entrance area to the building.
 1.3. Substantially reduce the number of tandem spaces on site and detail how
      any tandem spaces will function for the use.
2.    Provide an amended plan that details the extent of existing and proposed
      landscaped areas on site ensuring that the proposal does not result in any
      loss of landscaped areas.

Please find attached an amended site plan including 12 carparking spaces with 3 of these
reserved as tandem bays for staff use. Owing to the nature of the use, the instructors will
be on the site before and after any members using the training facilities and are located in
an appropriate location to allow for easy access and egress.

Lilly pillys are to be planted around the perimeter of the carparking area in the existing
permeable garden areas, this will provide for a screened landscape buffer around the
permitter of the industrial site. There is no loss to the existing landscaped areas and the
supported plantings will allow for a vegetated outlook when the roller doors are open.

Pursuant to the Development Assessment Rules, the applicant has given the assessment
manager the information requested in the information request. Please forward through the
adjoining land owners details for public notification.
