6.5.1 Opening Year (2024) Base Traffic Scenario
Figure 6.5 shows the opening year (2024) base traffic demands, based on an application of an annual growth
rate of 2.0% for a period of 5 years (5 years past the date of the traffic surveys) to the 2019 traffic survey
volumes.
