7.2.2        Conclusion
Based on the above analysis, it is concluded that the existing intersection configuration is adequate to
accommodate the traffic demands associated with the proposed development at the opening year. It is
anticipated that no future works are required as a consequence of the additional traffic associated with the
proposed development.
