TYPE 2 CARWASH OVER LOT 102 ON SP279285 AND LOCATED AT 188 EUMUNDI NOOSA
DRIVE, NOOSAVILLE

Martoo Consulting has been engaged by Taibelle Pty Ltd as the applicant to lodge a Generally in
Accordance request to existing development approvals MCU18/0130 relating to a an existing carwash
situated at 188 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville. The site has the following recent development history:

                  MCU18/0130: Industrial Business Type 2 Car Wash - approved 21st November 2018
                  OP/W19/0038: Drainage works, earthworks, landscaping, stormwater and vehicle
                   crossover – approved 10th June 2019
                  MCU18/0130.01: GIA – endorsement of revised plans

The applicant has completed construction and commenced use of the carwash and following review of
operations wishes to convert the Carwash Bay 2 from a hand wash bay into a automatic car wash similar to
Carwash Bay 1. Attachment A provides plans of the new automatic bay. Advice from Washtec consultants
indicate that the only change will be the automation of the bay. Refer Attachment B.

The applicant requests that the changes detailed in the revised plans included as Attachment A are
accepted as generally in accordance with the approved plans:
