To assist in this analysis Wessel Petroleum has provided Empire Engineering with the attached hourly sales analysis of sales activity from the existing service station currently operating from the site. Revision 17 of the proposed site layout plan is also attached and includes 9 designated onsite car parking bays in addition to 10 refueling bays at the bowsers with associated queuing space. It is assumed that with any transactions including fuel the associated vehicle involved in the sale will be parked at the bowsers and not utilising one of the designated car parking bays.
