Properly made submission (object) Richard Foulds MCU13/0087
Subject: rt BCS 1192 MCU13/0087 Submission re: Proposed Development by Coles at Noosa Head Bowls Club Site From: Richard Foulds Date: 2013-10-08T23:54:28+00:00 To: Internet Mailbox Sunshine Coast Regional Council I object to Coles' proposals to build on the Noosa Heads Bowls Club site due to the fact that no allowance has been made for outside recreational activities. The site, as I understand it, is currently zoned in such a way as to allow bowling to take place. This is run by the NHBC who, I understand, sold the land as that catagory and it goes against the Noosa Plan to build, as proposed by Coles, on this land. Also, this proposal should be considered by the incoming Noosa Council and not as a late decision by the outgoing council who will not, ultimately, be responsible for the future of this development. It should also be borne in mind the problems occurring at the Peregian Bowls Club. The zoning should be left as it is and Coles could develop the site and include, say, 2 bowling greens and then everyone would be satisfied. Regards, Richard Foulds
