Dear Sirs,

I wish to submit our formal objection to the 'Material Change of Use' sought
for the above property.

We, my wife and I, purchased the property situated directly above the unit in
question as our home and principal place of residence on the basis and
understanding of it being purely a residential development.

We strongly object to having 'short term stays' and with all probability that it
be an Air BnB, with resultant problems right under our noses and greatly
decreasing our quality of life.
