1.0       SUMMARY



This Town Planning Report has been prepared to accompany an application to Noosa Shire Council for the
purpose of a Material Change of Use for a Food and Drink Outlet, prepared by Plan A Town Planning Pty Ltd on
behalf of La Vida Restaurant over land located at 9 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads described as Lot 4 on
RP893438.

The Applicant is seeking a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use.

Council’s mapping indicates that the site is located within the Tourist Accommodation Zone of Noosa Plan 2020.

The proposal includes:
• Extension of an existing Food and Drink Outlet use on site; and
• Minor external works relating to the of the finishing of the entrance and screening.

The proposed Food and Drink Outlet will be contained within an existing building and represents an extension to
an existing use onsite.

The information contained in this report demonstrates compliance with the relevant Noosa Plan 2020
Development Codes and the proposals suitability for the site.
