5.0       CONCLUSION



The proposal at hand relates to a Material Change of Use for a Food and Drink Outlet, in the Tourist
Accommodation Zone of Noosa Plan 2020.

The proposed Food and Drink Outlet is to be located at 9 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads and is a suitable land
use for the site.

The information contained in this report demonstrates compliance with the relevant Noosa Plan 2020
Development Codes and the proposal’s suitability for the site.

The proposal at hand generally complies with Council’s Planning Scheme requirements to the extent that they
apply to the site.

We therefore request that the proposed development be considered favourably by Council and subsequently
approved subject to reasonable conditions.
