In accordance with Section 50 of the Planning Act 2016 please accept this development application
for a Material Change of Use of the premises for a Dwelling House and Operational Work for the
removal of up to 20 existing trees. The application is made on behalf of Jennifer Rogalksy being the
registered owner of the land subject of the application.

The development has been described in detail in the proceeding Planning Report and for
