          REPORT - CN25107 DOONELLA BRIDGE RENEWAL




COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL


That Council
A. Note the report by the Project Officer to the General Committee Meeting dated 12 May 2026;
   and
B. Award Contract No. CN25107 for the Doonella Bridge Renewal to Marine & Civil Maintenance
   Pty Ltd for the lump sum price of $7,417,905.81 (excl. GST);
C. Delegate to the Chief Executive Officer the power to negotiate, finalise, execute, and do all things
   necessary to administer the contract on behalf of Council; and
D. Approve the revised project scope to only undertake capital remediation works to the existing
   bridge structure and road approach upgrade works, including the stabilisation of the Southern
   Approach (Option B).
