Issue
For the justification for PO6 of the Driveways and Parking Code, Council requires the 	likely numbers of users for the use. Meaning the total number of guests that each 	dwelling unit will have.
Information Required
Provide additional justification for PO6 of the Driveways and Parking Code indicating the number of users the Short-term Accommodation will have.
Issue
The application has indicated that a code of conduct will be used to ensure that no negative impacts to the surrounding area will occur. Since the premises consists of swimming pools, it is requested that the applicant provide an indication of what the ‘house rules’ will be for the outdoor entertaining areas / swimming pools to ensure no negative impacts to the surrounding area.
Information Required
2. Provide the section of the code of conduct for the usage of the outdoor entertainment areas / swimming pools.
