Pursuant to the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, we confirm that the following Public Notification
actions under Section 297 have been undertaken:

(a) Published a notice in Sunshine Coast Daily on 28 November 2016; and,
(b) Placed notices on the land in the way prescribed under the regulation on 28 November 2016; and,
(c) Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site on 25 November 2016.

The last day the above actions were carried out was 28 November 2016
