03            INDIVIDUAL TREE APPRAISAL



In assessing the subject tree(s) the following factors have been considered:


     o     covenant Y (Ref: 714119228) – preserved native vegetation (753m2)
     o     covenant AA (Ref: 713330303)           – preserved native vegetation (1172m2)
     o     covenant AB (Ref: 713330303)           – preserved native vegetation (2000m2)
     o     future pressure for tree removal and pruning
     o     seasonal nuisance
     o     dimensions, established location and construction tolerance of each subject tree
     o     significance and value of each subject tree in terms of an arboricultural rating
           which includes amenity value, function and health of each tree
     o     TPZ’s and requirements for tree preservation as outlined with AS4970-2009:
           Protection of Trees on Development Sites (AS4970-2009)
     o     future tree management above and below ground
