Following previous discussions with Glen Conforti & Lisa Pienaar – Planning
Technical Officer, please find attached the relevant application form and architectural
drawings to process our request to change the above approval.

This request relates to the rebuilding of existing villa no’s 2 & 3. These villas are 35
years old and have become unmarketable due to their age and lack of modern
amenity and lifestyle features. They are being rebuilt to the fitout and layout
requirements that retirees are currently seeking, particularly to be consistent with
their prime Noosa location.
