EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Overall year to date operating financial performance as at March 2019 is positive, with operating
revenue continuing to track above budget and operating expenditure below budget. Adjustments
to the budget have been proposed as part of Budget Review 3 (BR3) to address any emerging
items and current specific variances, as outlined in a separate report to this meeting.
