It is governed by a Board of up to 10 people, which oversees three Working Groups – ZEN E (Energy),
ZENTAG (Transport) & Expo Working Group. The board’s work is supported in it’s operations by
three sub-committees:
➢ Governance & Operations
➢ Finance & Fundraising and
➢ Communications & Advocacy.
A Public Fund Account Committee oversees Tax Deductible donations. See Appendix A for ZEN Inc’s
Organisational Chart.
2. Current ZEN Inc. Strategic plan and 2024-2025 & Action Plans
ZEN Inc. reviews it’s strategic plan annually in August. Following a complete review in August 2023,
a review of the ZEN E & ZENTAG Action Plans were undertaken in 2024.The Expo Working group
Workplan was reviewed in Nov., 2024, once the decision to go ahead with a 7th EV & Electrify Expo
was made. See Appendix B.
The two key objectives are to:
Goal 1: Promoting community actions to achieve net zero emissions.
We will provide leadership and management of projects, advocacy, education and community
engagement that help the Noosa community on its journey towards net zero emissions (our core
business)
Goal 2: To be a sustainable organisation.
To fulfill its vision and mission, ZEN Inc must be a well-resourced and efficient organisation.
Objectives
The objectives to achieve these goals are outlined in Appendix B, along with their associated
Outcomes/ Measures of Success.
Strategies
The key priorities and higher-level elements identified through our SWOT analysis have informed our
strategies. The strategies inform the ZEN E and ZEN TAG action plans and the activities of our three
sub-committees.
The 2024-2025 ZEN Inc Operational Plan is in fact the Action Plans for the ZEN E (Energy) Group and
ZENTAG (Transport) groups. Both groups undertake projects, some of them at the cutting edge of
community energy.
ZEN E (Energy) Group, ZENTAG (Transport) Group Action Plans & Expo Working Group Workplan
Attached as Appendices C, D & E are the action plans for ZEN Inc’s three Working Groups, where
project work is carried out.
3. Significant developments concerning ZEN Inc. activities
ZEN Inc. is a regional influencer and change agent for the Noosa Community in assisting them to move
towards the goal of net zero greenhouse gases. In 2024, we made significant progress with projects
and engaging with the Noosa Shire community to m o v e f u r t h e r towards zero net greenhouse
gas emissions. Many ZEN Inc. projects are cutting edge, ground breaking and future focused
renewable energy projects, leading the way in Queensland and in many cases nationally. Some of our
flagship projects included:

1. Community Batteries - with both:
a. A Qld. Govt. Dept. of Environment & Science Community Sustainability Action Grant
The Business Plan for a Network of Community Batteries in the Noosa Local Government Area to
reduce emissions was completed in May, 2024, Follow up meetings have been held with Energy Qld.,
the former Department of Energy & Climate and various community energy groups across Aust. have
used this report to inform their work in the planning and funding applications for community
batteries. This report also was done in tandem with the planning and development of the Noosaville
Community Battery and was a of great assistance in informing this work. It was a key milestone in the
3+ years of ZEN Inc’s volunteer work in this space.
b. Noosaville Community Battery
The consortium working on the $500,000 federally funded community battery in Noosaville, of ZEN
Inc., Noosa Council and Yarra Energy Foundation (YEF) undertook a huge amount of work to negotiate
the planning and progressing of this project in 2024.
ZEN Inc. led the way in advocating with 54 stakeholders across regulators, government (state &
federal level), industry and consumer energy groups for reduced tariffs and connection fees to make
this and other community batteries financially viable. ZEN Inc. was instrumental in persuading Energy
Qld. to make this battery, the only community owned community battery in Qld., a pilot on the
community energy sector, with Energy Qld. agreeing to cover the tariffs for 5 years, while more work
is done to investigate future financial viability for this and other community batteries.
ZEN Inc. has undertaken the Community Battery consultation for YEF as part of the consortium and
will again in early 2025 to inform and involve the community about the operation of the battery for
community benefit. For further detail see the ZEN Inc. 2024 Annual Report.
2. 2024 6th Annual Electric Vehicle & Electrify Everything Expo
With 5,500 visitors, 65+ exhibitors, saw 80.3% came to learn about electric transport, 69.7% came to
learn about how to save money on home energy e.g. solar, battery, heat pumps. 52% of Expo visitors
will or may purchase an EV in the next 12 months.
The scope of the Expo was expanded in 2024 to include Electrify Everything to assist in household
behaviour change re electricity use and how they can save money, while reducing their emissions.
Thanks to Noosa Council for their final year of MOU financial support for the Expo. For further detail
see the ZEN Inc. 2024 Annual Report.
3. Rewiring Noosa – Electrify Everything
Where ZEN Inc. on behalf of the Noosa Shire community, was chosen to work with Saul Griffiths
Rewiring Aust. project as one of the original community partners.
Mid-year, ZEN Inc. launched our Rewiring Noosa Toolkit developed for us by Rewiring Australia,
followed by making of 7 video testimonials by Noosa Shire community members who have moved
from traditional energy sources to power highly energy efficient appliances, coupled with solar and
monitoring systems. These tools are to ensure all Noosa Shire community members (home owners
and renters alike) can benefit by saving money, AND reducing their carbon footprint.
Thanks to Noosa Council for their grants funding for this project. For further detail see the ZEN Inc.

2024 Annual Report.
4. Solar for Strata
ZEN Inc. is adding impact and value to previous Council grant funded projects by continuing to
promote them with the relevant target audience. The Solar for Strata on line toolkit and Solar
Champions video are examples of this. While they were completed in 2024 and despite the project
leader stepping down mid-year, ZEN Inc. was able to hold a successful forum, working jointly with
Tourism Noosa to promote these tools to the strata accommodation community.
5. E Bike Library
ZEN Inc. was successful in Nov., 2024 with a grant of $22.392 from the Dept. of Transport & Main
Roads for the Bike Riding Encouragement Program (BREP) Innovation Grant to be able to set up an e
bike library so people can borrow different types of e bikes for a period of two weeks and try them
out to help them make a purchasing decision. This program will get underway in 2025.
All our projects and activities are outlined in detail in our Annual Report.
ZEN Inc. is very appreciative of funding from Noosa Council, the Federal and Queensland
Governments, and the patrons and sponsors of our Expo to assist our work. We are also fortunate
to have a collaborative working relationship with a number of key stakeholders, especially Noosa
Council, Yarra Energy Foundation (YEF), Tourism Noosa and Noosa Junction Assoc., and Noosa
Biosphere Reserve Foundation (NBRF) and Energy Qld. to name a few. We thank them all for their
support.
6. The Role of Council Alliance Partnership Funding for 2024
The Council Alliance Partnership Funding is the enabler that allows ZEN Inc. to undertake its
administration, internal organisation and operations through a combination of volunteers and an
Administration Coordinator who began working 24 hours per week in October, 2023, in both
administration and some limited communications work. This was intended to enable some ZEN Inc.
volunteers, especially the ZEN Inc. Chair, to spend some more time to undertake ZEN Inc’s cutting-
edge project work.
In the first half of 2024, the Alliance Partnership Funds for the following positions were funded by
the $65,000 from the Year 1 2023 -2024 funding:
1. Administration & Communications $50,000 (a small amount used in 2023 and most was
used in the first half of 2024 as year 1 funding was not received until Oct. 2023) and
2. Communications Package $15,000 (a small component was used in 2023 and part used in
the first half of 2024 for marketing for the EV Expo. )
as outlined in Appendix F.
In the second half of 2024, after the Alliance Grant Year 2 of funding was received on 23 Oct., 2024,
only $14,393.32 was spent before 31 Dec., 2024. The reasons for this are explained below.
The Administration role was for 21 hours per week, with 3 hours per week to assist with some
Communications work that assisted ZEN Inc. with limited website updating and production s of
regular newsletters, some assistance for volunteers with writing of print media and social media
posts, including for the EV & Electrify Everything, in addition to organising community forums,
promoting ZEN Inc’s resources e.g. tool kits and videos, through various media channels to help raise
5
Page 6
awareness in the Noosa community of ways to save money and reduce emissions.
The Communications Package was to assist ZEN Inc. with website updating/revision & marketing
advice for ZEN Inc. generally & the EV Expo or similar, in addition to education and advocacy about
emissions reduction to the Noosa Shire community, including ZEN Inc’s project work, through
various media channels.
This was only partially used to engage a Marketing and PR business to develop social media tiles to
promote the Expo to help improve the geographic and demographic reach of ZEN Inc., with
disappointing results. Hence, that business was not engaged any further to assist in implementing
the full Communications Package from June 2024 on. Also, due to HR issues with the ZEN Inc’s
employee in the Admin./Coordinator role, and the recruitment of the Program/Project Manager
role, ZEN Inc. was unable to appoint a suitable business to implement the Communications Package
until early 2025.
Hence some Year 2 Council Alliance Partnership funds that should have been used for in 2024 have
been carried over for use in 2025.
The desired outcome of having the Administration/Coordination position with some
communications assistance was to enable the ZEN Chair to spend more time working at the strategic
level to develop collaborative relationships and be involved in strategically important projects, e.g.
to step into the project leader role for the Community Battery project as long-time volunteer project
leaders stepped back and to step back from the lead role in the Expo organisation each year.
As it became obvious during 2024, that the skill set of the person in the Administration/Coordination
role was more communications aligned than administration aligned and also to help fit in with the
employee’s family needs, the number of work hours the employee worked, were reduced at her
request. Hence, the support from this role to the ZEN Inc. Chair in particular, was less than expected.
In addition, as the ZEN Inc. Chair is also Chair of the Communications and Advocacy Committee,
being diverted to deal with HR issues meant that the appointment of another media and marketing
organisation to work with ZEN Inc. has not been possible until early 2025.
Following the Alliance Partnership Funds being raised to $125,000 per year for years 2 & 3 of the
agreement from July, 2024, this enabled ZEN Inc. to employ a Program and Project Manager in Nov.,
2024 for 19 hours per week, as well as the same person in the Administration /Secretariat role for
10 hours per week. These roles were established to help keep the organisation working, and take
the majority of admin. work and some project work from the volunteer ZEN Inc. Chair, who has
been working as a volunteer CEO for 40 – 50 hours per week.
As these positions were only filled in Nov., 2024, it was too early to include an evaluation of the
effectiveness of these roles in this report for 2024, but there are some very promising signs for ZEN
Inc. with the new employee.

Status, including % of projects completed within target time frames
All of the funded projects have been or will be completed within the required timeframe. One of the
grants from Noosa Council, Energy Assessments and Upgrades for Low Income and Vulnerable
Households, has required a variation to re-focus the project, due to the difficulty of engaging with
organisations to select the households to be involved.

reduction and climate change impact in the Noosa Shire community.

While this might look like a healthy bank balance, the majority of these funds are project based from
grants and so are allocated to a specific projects. Refer to Appendix H for details.
b. P&L for Projects Jan. – Dec., 2024
The Profit & Loss Statement by Project shows that for the period 01 Jan., 2024 to 31 December 2024
all $150,144.89 of funds were spent as per project plans.
Refer to Appendix I for details.
c. Balance Sheet- as at 31 Dec., 2024
ZEN Inc. total assets were $244,570.032, with total liabilities $13,195.73 and net assets were
$231, 379.79 and equity at $231, 379.79. See Appendix J.
11. Audited financial report for financial year
The accounts audited by Louise McNeich, auditor, LMC Financial Group at Cooroy.
Refer to Appendix K. As the audited accounts were only provided by the Auditor recently, they are
attached unsigned as it has not been possible to get them signed by both parties prior to submitting
this report.
12. Donations - DGR funds
Zero Emissions Noosa Inc. was granted DGR status with immediate effect by the Assistant Minister
for Competition, Charities and Treasury on 23 September 2022. The balance of the account has
varied, as funds have been transferred to the Operating Account to meet expenses, on an as needs
basis, particularly for the 2024 EV & Electrify Everything Expo. The expenditure of these funds have
been agreed by the ZEN Inc. Public Fund Account Committee, as meeting the objectives of the
organisation.
Date Balance
01 Jan. 2024 $1,728.05
Nov. 2023 $18239.04 following donations to ZEN Inc.
26 Aug., 2024 $1,778.94 after funds from this account were used to assist the objectives of
ZEN Inc., including the 2024 Expo.
31 Dec., 2024 $2,309.24 following further donations
ZEN Inc. is actively seeking donations to it’s Public Fund Account.
13. Any significant delays in performing the ZEN Inc. program for this
Agreement
The biggest risk for Council and ZEN Inc. is finding sufficient volunteers to be project leaders and to
actively drive projects and source future funding sources. Hence, the ability to appoint a part time
Program/Project Manager in late 2024, will partly assist our volunteers in 2025 with projects..
Getting dedicated volunteers, with time, since COVID has been difficult, and many of the very active
volunteers who have been involved with ZEN Inc since it’s inception or for many years, after having
given thousands of hours of volunteer time to ZEN Inc. & Council, have stepped back from being
actively involved in ZEN Inc. projects.

ZERO EMISSIONS NOOSA Inc
ZEN Inc STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2026
Introduction
Our vision is for net zero emissions in Noosa Shire.
Zero Emissions Noosa Inc seeks to make Noosa Shire a leading local government region in zero
emissions. We seek to do this by supporting the community in the transition to net zero emissions
through project leadership, advocacy, and the provision of information to all sections of the Noosa
community.
Our strategic plan outlines how we will achieve this mission as we seek to seize new opportunities
and meet the challenges of the future. While our strategic plan is future focussed it is grounded in our
contemporary operating environment which is heavily influenced by the pressures on our resource
base – both financial and human.
Since ZEN Inc was founded in 2016, the need to reduce emissions is more pressing than ever if we
are to avoid catastrophic climate change. The transition to a cleaner energy future has seen more
changes and challenges than at any time in recent years. Meeting the needs of our community in this
space is a major challenge, but also a significant opportunity.
This strategic plan sets out our vision for the future and a framework for its delivery over the next
three years. It includes:
• our vision for net zero emissions in Noosa Shire.
• the roles that define where we will work to deliver the vision.
• our aims within those roles; and
• an outline of our priorities in delivering those aims.
Through our planning process we have developed strategic priorities for the next three years framed
around our two key goals:
• Promoting community actions to achieve net zero emissions.
• Developing a sustainable organisation
This strategic plan is not a static document and the Board, and its working groups will give ongoing
consideration to ideas and suggestions that have been put to us as well as giving consideration to an
increasingly dynamic and challenging environment throughout the period of this plan.
Each year we will report on how we have delivered on this strategy at our annual general meeting and
through our annual report.
Organisational Description
Zero Emissions Noosa Inc (ZEN Inc), established in 2016, is an incorporated, not-for-profit,
community organisation with the key objective of assisting the Noosa community achieve net zero
emissions in the Noosa local government area. ZEN Inc has been actively pursuing several strategies
aimed at achieving this objective.
15
Page 16
It is the leading community organisation in this field and the only community organisation solely
dedicated to emissions reduction across the Noosa Shire.
The two key objectives of the organisation have been to drive projects in the stationary electricity and
transport areas aimed at assisting individuals, businesses, and the community at large, in contributing
to emissions reduction.
The core work of the organisation is carried out by two working groups – ZEN E (Electricity) and ZEN
TAG (Transport). The focus of ZEN E’s work is on projects that assist in reducing emissions in the
stationary electricity sector with initiatives that assist a greater uptake of solar as well as storage and
other initiatives. ZEN TAG’s focus is on reducing emissions from transport by encouraging, advocating
and demonstrating low emissions alternatives to the dominant petrol / diesel driven motor vehicle. The
annual EV Expo is ZEN Inc’s flagship event in this regard.
Organisational support is provided through the work of three sub-committees; Finance & Fundraising;
Governance & Operations; and Communications & Advocacy.

Page 17
ZEN Inc works independently to provide leadership by empowering its members and stakeholders
with ethical, independent, evidence-based solutions for reducing Noosa’s net greenhouse gas
emissions to zero. We do this by operating in an honest, accountable, collaborative, and inclusive
way.
Goals
Our goals are the key focus areas that will move the organisation to achieve its vision and its mission.
We have identified two goals for 2023 – 2026:
Goal 1: Promoting community actions to achieve net zero emissions.
We will continue to focus on our core business. We will provide leadership and
management of projects and initiatives that help the Noosa community on its journey
towards net zero emissions.
Goal 2: To be a sustainable organisation.
We recognise that for ZEN Inc to fulfill its vision and mission it must be a well-
resourced and efficient organisation.
Objectives
Our objectives support the two key goals identified above. Our outcomes describe how we will
measure the progress needed.
Objectives Outcomes / Measures of success

Situation Analysis
In developing this strategic plan, we examined the internal and external environment in which the
organisation operates with a view to addressing some of the threats that we face while seeking to
maximise the opportunities before us.
Since its formation in 2016, ZEN Inc has had, as its vision, “net zero greenhouse gas emissions
across the Noosa region by 2026”. While progress has been made in reducing emissions across the
Noosa Shire, realistically we have no agreed way of measuring whether we will achieve that goal
within the stated timeframe.
While ZEN Inc remains strongly committed to its mission to achieve net zero emissions, we have
dropped the 2026 timeline from our vision statement and modified it accordingly.
We recognise that we are operating in a rapidly changing environment. While that poses threats as to
whether we have the capacity and resources to manage those challenges, we hope to capitalise on
the opportunities presented by the changing environment. The strength of the organisation lies in a
highly experienced and committed Board and a volunteer and supporter base committed to taking
practical action to help reduce emissions across the Noosa Shire.
Internally, the organisation lacks a strong financial base and some strengthening of our governance
arrangements will assist the way we work. Our undoubted strength is our commitment to several key
project initiatives that have firmly placed the Noosa Shire as a leading local government area on the
road to a net zero emissions future. However, while our key focus remains on our project work, we
recognise that our project teams need to be supported by a well-resourced and efficient organisation.
18
Page 19
Building on our signature strength of innovative project work, our strategic plan continues to focus on
project delivery that helps the community move towards a reduction in net zero emissions. For
example, the “Electrify Australia” movement led by Saul Griffith offers significant opportunities for ZEN
Inc to assist the community at the local level. Providing guidance in helping households to “electrify
the home” while also developing initiatives that will assist in “electrifying everything” presents us with
several opportunities.
Federal Government policy and funding initiatives also provide opportunities which ZEN Inc will
continue to embrace.
While we have enjoyed several high-profile successes, there is a recognition that our communications
could be improved to maximise the impact of our initiatives and more time needs to be spent on
stakeholder engagement. The benefits that our work brings to the community, as the leading source of
information on emissions reduction in the Noosa LGA, needs to be better explained.
Demonstrating how we deliver benefits to the Noosa community is both a challenge and an
opportunity.
A lack of brand identity could be strengthened as there is a perception that ZEN Inc’s. is done by
Council.
There is an opportunity for both ZEN Inc and Noosa Council to clarify our respective roles to work
collaboratively to assist the Noosa community on its journey to net zero emissions.
The provision of community education on emissions reduction strategies offers an ongoing
opportunity.
Strategies
The key priorities and higher-level elements identified through our SWOT analysis have informed our
strategies. The strategies inform the ZEN E and ZEN TAG plans and the activities of our three sub-
committees.

Key Actions
The Strategic Plan is our overarching planning document and guides the work of our working groups and
sub-committees.
Specific actions will be progressed through the two working groups and three sub-committees to give
effect to the strategies identified in the Strategic Plan
Monitoring and Evaluation
Our planning and reporting framework is designed to support the implementation of this plan and the
realisation of our vision for an emissions free Noosa.
The strategic plan identifies the key measures of our success and the outcomes that we hope to achieve
as measured against our two key focus areas (goals) and the strategies we will employ.
Performance against these outcomes will be reviewed, where possible, throughout the year but at least
once each year, and reported to enable the Board to monitor progress.
Working groups are encouraged to develop measures of success for their respective projects and
activities as outlined in their action plans.

component. However, as the same person did both roles, and that person did not start
until late Oct., 2023, the amount paid has all come out of the admin. part of the funding.
The Communications Package $15,000 - while $15,000 was budgeted out of the Alliance funds for marketing
advice for ZEN Inc. overall $7,958.07 was used for marketing advice for the EV Expo due to the issues outlined
in section 6 above. $4440.62 was used for communications related operating expenses as outlined in the
admin. package and the admin. overrun of $577.76 was also covered from this Comms. Package. Therefore
there is a balance of $6,464.17 from the 2023-2024 Alliance Partnership Communications Package remaining
to put towards this work in 2025.

The surplus for the financial year amounted to: $84,891
Going Concern
This financial report has been prepared on a going concern basis which contemplates continuity of
normal business activities and the realisation of assets and settlement of liabilities in the ordinary
course of business. The ability of the association to continue to operate as a going concern is
dependent upon the ability of the association to generate sufficient cashflows from operations to
meet its liabilities. The members of the association believe that the going concern assumption is
appropriate.

Notes to the Financial Statements
Zero Emissions Noosa Inc
For the year ended 31 December 2024
1. Summary of Significant Accounting Policies
The financial statements are special purpose financial statements prepared in order to satisfy the
financial reporting requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act QLD. The committee has
determined that the association is not a reporting entity.
The financial statements have been prepared on an accruals basis and are based on historic costs and
do not take into account changing money values or, except where stated specifically, current
valuations of non-current assets.
The following significant accounting policies, which are consistent with the previous period unless stated
otherwise, have been adopted in the preparation of these financial statements.
Cash on Hand
Cash on hand includes cash on hand, deposits held at call with banks, and other short-term highly
liquid investments with original maturities of three months or less.
Revenue and Other Income
Revenue is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable after taking into
account any trade discounts and volume rebates allowed. For this purpose, deferred
consideration is not discounted to present values when recognising revenue.
Interest revenue is recognised using the effective interest method, which for floating rate financial
assets is the rate inherent in the instrument. Dividend revenue is recognised when the right to
receive a dividend has been established.
Grant and donation income is recognised when the entity obtains control over the funds, which is
generally at the time of receipt.
If conditions are attached to the grant that must be satisfied before the association is eligible to receive
the contribution, recognition of the grant as revenue will be deferred until those conditions are
satisfied.
All revenue is stated net of the amount of goods and services tax.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Revenues, expenses and assets are recognised net of the amount of GST, except where the amount of
GST incurred is not recoverable from the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Receivables and
payables are stated inclusive of the amount of GST receivable or payable. The net amount of GST
recoverable from, or payable to, the ATO is included with other receivables or payables in the
assets and liabilities statement.

Auditor's Report
Zero Emissions Noosa Inc
For the year ended 31 December 2024
Independent Auditors Report to the members of the Association
We have audited the accompanying financial report, being a special purpose financial report, of Zero
Emissions Noosa
Inc (the association), which comprises the committee’s report, the assets and liabilities statement as at
31 December 2024, the income and expenditure statement for the year then ended, cash flow
statement, notes comprising a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory
information, and the certification by members of the committee on the annual statements giving a
true and fair view of the financial position and performance of the association.
Committee’s Responsibility for the Financial Report
The committee of Zero Emissions Noosa Inc is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of
the financial report, and has determined that the basis of preparation described in Note 1 is
appropriate to meet the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act QLD and is
appropriate to meet the needs of the members. The committee’s responsibility also includes such
internal control as the committee determines is necessary to enable the preparation and fair
presentation of a financial report that is free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or
error.
Auditor’s Responsibility
Our responsibility is to express an opinion on the financial report based on our audit. We have
conducted our audit in accordance with Australian Auditing Standards. Those standards require
that we comply with relevant ethical requirements relating to audit engagements and plan and
perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance whether the financial report is free from material
misstatement.
An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures in
the financial report. The procedures selected depend on the auditor’s judgment, including the
assessment of the risks of material misstatement of the financial report, whether due to fraud or
error. In making those risk assessments, the auditor considers internal control relevant to the
association’s preparation and fair presentation of the financial report, in order to design audit
procedures that are appropriate in the circumstances, but not for the purpose of expressing an
opinion on the effectiveness of the association’s internal control. An audit also includes evaluating
the appropriateness of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting estimates
made by the committee, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the financial report.
We believe that the audit evidence we have obtained is sufficient and appropriate to provide a basis for
our audit opinion.
Opinion
In our opinion, the financial report presents fairly, in all material respects (or gives a true and fair view
–refer to the applicable state/territory Act), the financial position of Zero Emissions Noosa Inc as
at 31 December 2024 and (of) its financial performance for the year then ended in accordance
with the accounting policies described in Note 1 to the financial statements, and the requirements
of the Associations Incorporation Act QLD.
Basis of Accounting and Restriction on Distribution
Without modifying our opinion, we draw attention to Note 1 to the financial statements, which describes
the basis of accounting. The financial report has been prepared to assist Zero Emissions Noosa Inc
to meet the requirements of the Associations Incorporation Act QLD. As a result, the financial
report may not be suitable for another purpose.
