Furthermore, all trees within 50 m of the compound area have been identified and will be retained as
per the Tree Retention Plan (refer to Attachment 2).

We therefore kindly request council to amend Condition 11 to read:

11. Dense screening vegetation shall be established along the north western compound
boundary in accordance with Landscape Plans LP1.01 and LP2.01 (prepared by Jeremy Ferrier
August 2015). Such landscaping is to be completed prior to the commencement of the use and
maintained at all times thereafter. All trees to be maintained in accordance with Tree Retention
Plan LP3.01 (prepared by Jeremy Ferrier August 2015).

We would also like to request that we are given the opportunity to review any amended draft
conditions prior to a Negotiated Decision Notice being issued.
