5.2.3      Predicted Noise Levels – No Additional Acoustic Treatment
This section presents the predicted noise levels at receiver locations from noise produced by the
development.
In addition and as per Council’s information request, noise impacts associated with the IGA
loading area, the service station and 7/11 fronting Noosa Drive were calculated to the proposed
onsite residential receiver 3. The predicted noise levels include shielding attenuation due to
existing and proposed buildings where appropriate.

5.2.3.1 Acoustic Quality Objectives
Table 11 presents the predicted acoustic quality objective noise levels.
