The summary of Acoustic Quality Objectives predictions is as follows:

           All individual noise sources and total noise levels are predicted to comply with the criteria
            at off-site receivers (Receiver 1 & 2);
           Noise levels are predicted to exceed the criteria at the proposed on-site receiver
            (Receiver 3). As the building is proposed as part of the development, building treatments
            will be specified to ensure that internal noise levels comply with the requirements.
           Compliance is predicted to be achieved based on the implementation of Section 8
            recommendations.


5.2.3.2 Background Creep
Table 12 presents the predicted Background Creep EPP2008 noise levels. The criteria levels
specified in Table 12 are the most stringent of those listed in Section 4.1.1.2.

As per Council’s information request, noise impacts associated with the IGA and loading area, the
service station and 7/11 fronting Noosa Drive were calculated to the proposed onsite residential
receiver 3.
