RE:   Change Representation to Decision Notice – MCU19/0007 – 26 Project Ave, Noosaville

On the 18 April 2019, Council issued a Development Permit for Material Change of Use
for Entertainment & Dining Business Type 2 (Fitness Centre). On the 30 April 2019, the
applicant suspended the appeal period.

In accordance with section 75 of the Planning Act 2016, the applicant seeks to amend
conditions 2 & 4 of the original decision. The proposed changes to the conditions and
comments are provided below (Strikethrough deleted and bold underlined additions):

The changes to the plans reflect the increased size of the toilets which have been
increased from 26m2 (6.35m x 4.1m) to 39m2 (6.95m x 5.6m) to comply with the PWD
requirements and allow a separate male/female shower and toilet, as shown below.
