 Basis of rebate:

 PAYMENT OF THE ADOPTED INFRASTRUCTURE CHARGE
      The adopted infrastructure charge is payable in accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009.
      The due date for payment of the adopted infrastructure charge is: Before the Change of Use happens.
      The charge is to be paid to Sunshine Coast Regional Council via the Infrastructure Charges Officer, tel: (07) 5441 8679.
       Please contact Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Infrastructure Policy Branch, prior to making payment.
      Compound annual interest at 11% calculated daily is to be applied on an overdue charge.

 Notice is hereby given under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and the Local Government Act 2009 that the adopted infrastructure charge
 notice is levied by the Sunshine Coast Regional Council on the described land. The adopted infrastructure charge is DUE AND PAYABLE BY
 THE ABOVE DATE. The adopted infrastructure charge plus any arrears and interest may be recovered by legal process without further notice if
 unpaid after the expiration of the DUE DATE.

 From 1 JANUARY 2014, all infrastructure charges applying to development under the planning scheme “The
 Noosa Plan” are to be PAID to the new Noosa Council at the Tewantin Office.
