 The most significant  concern expressed by many residents of the area are focused on fire life safety and deserve your greatest focus and concern.

There is only one very narrow access road to the Parkridge/Noosa Springs area, including the proposed hotel site.

The proposed new complex and increased traffic and population congestion threatens the ability to safely escape in the event of a fire in the adjacent national park and other treed areas in this precinct, while also impeding access by fire fighters and emergency vehicles.
