MCU15/0109 (Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises –
Multiple Housing Type 4 – Conventional (37 units)) over land at Resort
Drive, Noosa Heads (Precinct E2) and described as Lots 6 & 7 on
SP178340.  In support of this request, please find attached the
following:-

·         Owners consent

·         Change Application Form

·         Updated Architectural Plans.

relevant fee payable from Council.
