155        Submission period for application—other resource
           activities
                The submission period for an application for a resource
                activity other than a mining activity can not end before the
                later of the following—
                (a)   a day or time fixed by the administering authority before
                      the notice is published;
                (b)   20 business days after the application notice is published
                      under section 152.

156        Publication of application notice and documents on
           website
          (1)   This section applies for a site-specific application.
          (2)   The applicant must keep copies of all the following
                documents for the application available on a website—
                (a)   the application notice;
                (b)   the application documents;
                (c)   the response to any information request.
          (3)   A document mentioned in subsection (2) must be kept
                available on the website from the day the document is given to
                the administering authority until the end of the access period
                for the application.
          (4)   In this section—
                access period see section 157(2).
