363O Several recipients of a cost recovery notice
                 If a cost recovery notice is issued to 2 or more recipients—
                 (a)   a copy of the notice must be given to each recipient; and
                 (b)   the amount claimed in the notice is payable by the
                       recipients jointly and severally.

370        Definition for pt 8
                 In this part—
                 repealed Act means the Contaminated Land Act 1991 as in
                 force immediately before the commencement of this part.

371        Owner or occupier of land to notify administering
           authority
           (1)   If the owner or occupier of land becomes aware a notifiable
                 activity is being carried out on the land, the owner or occupier
                 must, within 22 business days after becoming aware the
