Please find attached plans for the proposed second driveway crossover at the above
property not complying with RS-049 & RS – 050 Vehicle Crossing requirements.
The second crossover is required for access to a new carport (shown on site plan).
A Separate relaxation application/concurrence agency referral has been lodged with
Council for the Carport proposed less than 6m to the front boundary.
